To find out, we asked a number of professionals in the field for their opinions. We also asked the manufacturer of the leading brand of penis pump about the results that their customers were experiencing, and whether or not the rate of return for the product was high.

Findings Of Our Penis Pump Research
The experts that we asked were generally positive when it came to the effects of using a penis pump. Having quizzed 10 experts, eight of them said that long-term use of a penis pump would indeed help on the extension of the penis. This was not all we asked them however. We wanted to know how it is actually possible for the penis to be enlarged through the use of a penis pump.
Apparently, the following things happen when you use a penis pump:
- Skin and muscle tissue is stretched.
- Cells divide and multiply - adding mass to the penis.
- Muscles become stronger, and the base of the penis gets bigger.
Put together, all three of these points result in a larger penis - not only when measured, but also when looking at the visual aspects of the penis.
A Larger Penis Without An Erection
When we discussed these findings with the manufacturer of the top-selling penis pump on the market, they added to our list of findings by providing us with scientific evidence that a penis pump also increases the size of the penis without an erection.
This means that even when in the soft state, the appearance of the penis will be enhanced. This is in contrast to how penis pills or patches work - as they only take effect on the size when the penis is erect.
Therefore, to conclude our research, it appears that penis pumps are effective and safe when it comes to enlarging the size of your tool.
